Need to find the model number MT502 B/A but can't find this number ??

There are two Model Numbers Apple uses to identify your iPhone. The one you provided is a much more precise tracking system for Apple, but the one we use is just a 5 digit code, starting with A followed by 4 numbers. Go back to Settings > General > About, and tap the Model Number again to get the other code.
Then you can either provide it here or go to the support article below, where you can find your model number and it will tell you your iPhone model and region.
