Migration Assistant stuck on setting up iCloud account screen

Installed new ssd card (Aura pro) on MacBook Pro A1398 late 2013 and did everything needed (changed hardware, from recovery installed the oldest mac os, updated to the same mac os as back up was made from - Big Sur, ran migration with all options checked) and MacBook stuck now for couple hours on iCloud setting Up Account window. There is no  sign on the screen to restart the computer. What should I do? Just wait for how long or just hard restart the computer (power button)?

Go back one, or pass on setting it up right now— and continue. Set it up later after your logged into your functioning User account.
