Unable to delete available apps from my Apple Watch Ultra

Not all apps can be deleted from the Apple Watch, only those that show the little cross icon next to them.



Also make sure that no restrictions are set up in the settings for Screen Time on your iPhone, or any installed profile does not allow changes.
