How do I fix blurry and non-deleting photos in the Photos app on iPhone?

I’m clicking on my photos app. All my photos everyone of them is blurry they haven’t loaded . I can’t watch any videos I have taken they just have the loading sign in the middle. I tried to delete photos but when I go to recently deleted it’s only showing a few and they won’t delete from there either. I tried to take a photo it will allow me however they do not appear in photos app

So, limited storage space is the reason for photos stopping to upload or download.

You will have to make free space on your iPhone or iCloud, depending on where the storage space is full:

In case your iCloud storage is full, you will have to free up space by upgrading your iCloud plan, or by transferring data to your computer:

Are you connected to iCloud via Wi-Fi or cellular data?

iCloud Photos is enabled, if you go to Settings/Apple Account/iCloud?

Any restrictions set up on your iPhone in Screen Time?

Can other apps like iCloud Mail receive data?

Did you try to disable iCloud Photos in the settings and enable it again after a restart?

No restrictions no. Everything is how it should be or always has been on my phone.

Yes mail is fine.

im trying to disable but it says download photos or delete I’ve pressed download but it says it needs an extra 105 of storage so cannot downalod and disable
