Having problem downloading free apps on my iPhone , what do I do
It has been for a while now , I have not been able to download any app at all it keep requiring payment, and the app still free ,please I need help with this

If you are not using a credit card as a possible payment method, you will have to redeem an Apple Gift card for example, to have some Apple Account balance left, even if the app is for free.
