Privacy and security blocking install (continued)

I have last few days also tried to install NETGEAR Armor on my desktop and on my laptop. I end up with the same mentioned issue. The installation script details a situation that not exists, but refuses to proceed, I have manually given full disk access but I guess the script does not check again. I run on both machine Sequoia 15.3.2

So, I disagree that this is a Mac issue, but think it has not been properly tested by NETGEAR after the macOS update.

Such claims " viruses, hackers, scammers and more " may apply to Microsoft Windows computers who are a Larger Target

1 - viruses >> Windows-like viruses that self-replicate and affect macOS don’t exist because of the underlying UNIX Foundation and permission limitations.

The macOS operating system resides in a sealed and read-only volume that can’t be opened by users or third-party applications.

2 - hackers - would have to have Direct and Physical access to the computer, some how bypass the the User Password or Guess it. The somehow install their Hacking Software all this without the using know this

3 - scammers - this has already been covered earlier

4 - more - Adware and malware can affect computers and are often downloaded from “shady” websites or developers who inject them into downloads.
