I’m trying to hook up my Phillips TV to the hotspot on my iPhone. It used to connect now it’s not I don’t know how to share it in my iPhone to make sure it’s sharing the Internet.

Turn off the TV for now.
Can another device.....another iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc connect to the Hotspot?
If yes, then you know that the Hotspot is operating correctly and the issue shifts to the TV. Contact Phillips Support for help in getting the TV connected to the Hotspot.
