I deleted the default Lisanet pdfwriter on my MacBook Pro, however I would like to reinstall this but I do not know where to locate the files

The default PDF writer is in the PDF popup menu in the print dialog. It isn’t Lisanet. Whatever that is, you must have installed it. It is not possible to delete parts of macOS.

I would not download software from a an "Aggregator" source... typically they have a habit of folding in PUP (potential unwanted programs) read malware/adware. ex MacUpdate, SourceForge, etc... this is exactly how they make their money.
