The Password app also exists on the Mac. You can find in the Applications folder.
If you use iCloud Keychain to sync your devices, then your passwords and pass keys will be synced via this app.

Apps cannot be directly transferred to the MBA from the iPad. If you have bought apps on the iPad that are compatible with the Mac, then you can download them directly to the MBA from the App Store. Not all iPad iOS apps are compatible with the Mac that runs macOS.
Files kept on your iPad may be transferred to the Mac when you sync the device to the computer or by using iCloud syncing.
