This issue could be related to syncing problems or storage settings. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve it:

For your Contacts related issue, see below:

1. Check Contact Groups

- Open the Contacts app.

- Tap Lists in the top-left corner and ensure All Contacts is selected.

2. Sync Contacts

- Go to Settings ➡️ Contacts ➡️ Accounts

- Select each account (e.g., iCloud, Gmail) and ensure Contacts is set to ON.

3. Restart Your iPhone

- Press and hold the side button and either volume button until the power-off slider appears. Turn off your iPhone, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

---

For your Photos issue, see below:

1. Check iCloud Photos

- Go to Settings ➡️ [Your Name] ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Photos

- Ensure iCloud Photos is enabled and set to Download and Keep Originals if you want all photos stored locally.

2. Check Storage

- Go to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ iPhone Storage and ensure you have enough free space for photos to sync.

3. Restart the Photos App

- Force close the Photos app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and swiping the app away. Reopen it to see if the photos load.
