How do I find my Apple password when Touch ID is enabled?

I can access all my Apple devices - phone, tablet, iMac - with touch ID but none will allow me to see what my password is, which I forgot.

Are you asking about your Apple Account password? Or the passcodes to access your devices? In neither case can you see those on the device itself.

Hopefully where you wrote it down for safe keeping? Your Apple Account Password and Passcode are not something you find on your devices. They are codes you must remember, so keeping them written down somewhere safe for future recall is up to you to keep track of.
