after the last update a few days ago the background color on my apps screen on my iphone 11 has turned black , previously it was blue, how can i change it back?

Hold anywhere with no apps on your Home Screen until they start to jiggle > Tap Edit in the top left > Tap Customize > Tap Tinted > Then use the slider to choose your desired color.
thanks for the tip but that changes the color on the apps and i would like to change the background color which is black since the last update
