Why can't I access my camera and microphone on my iPhone 7?

So tik tok and WhatsApp does not allow me to make videos and send voice notes and when I try to enable my setting to turn on microphone or camera it takes me to setting with now button to allow the access to take place and when I go to privacy>>mircrophone>> it just shows app clips with no apps that appear under this button. How do I fix my iPhone 7
