Very slow app download

Hello, so I bought a brand new IPad and I’m facing some very slow download times in the App Store. I restarted my device and deleted any connection settings but again. My WiFi speed is great, also I haven’t enabled any vpns or downloaded any apps yet. It seems like the problem is only with the App Store. What can I do to fix this?
