AVG products data sharing

I use several AVG security apps, including an anti-virus app and one called Breachguard. They seem to be effective. However, perhaps due to updating my software to Sequoia 15.3.2 yesterday, I keep getting warnings, presumably from Apple, asking whether I will allow these AVG apps to share data from other apps. I don't know if should click yes or no. If I click no, the Breachguard app quits. Maybe I clicked yes on one or two of the others, because I'm not seeing the warning message for them and the apps are running. I've posted a message in an AVG forum about this too. Should I allow data sharing?

Just to add to the already excellent advise re AVG AntiVirus

Windows-like viruses that self-replicate and affect macOS don’t exist because of the underlying UNIX Foundation and permission limitations.

The macOS operating system resides in a sealed and read-only volume that can’t be opened by users or third-party applications.

This antivirus software only protects the developers’ bank accounts and creates problems for users in return.

Mac app security enhancements are sufficient to protect computers from malware.

Adware and malware can affect computers and are often downloaded from “shady” websites or developers who inject them into downloads.
