Difficulty opening AirTag to replace battery

It can be difficult to open an AirTag to replace its battery. Apple’s video makes it look as if it is always easy. The slippery smooth surface of the battery cover can make it difficult to get the twist started. My solution: Blue painter’s tape placed on the silvery service; the dry side of the tape provides just enough resistance to turn the silvery cap in order to open and close the cap. Plus the tape is easily removed when done without leaving any residue.

Apple’s video commentary should be amended to include advice on what to do when the basic instruction just isn’t enough.
