How can I cancel my Facetune subscription and request a refund?
I clicked to look at the app and was immediately charged and can’t get rid of it or get a refund?

OK, I'll bite... what's Facetune? A quick look in the App Store didn't find any app by that name.
Assuming it's an actual third-party app that I'm just not seeing, there's nothing stopping you from deleting it - just long-press on the app icon and choose Remove App
As for a refund, you can visit https://apple.com/bill to see charges related to your Apple Account, and to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed, though, and depend on several factors including Apple's policies, the developer's policy, and how long you've had the app installed (if your installed it, ran it once, then deleted it and asked for a refund you have a higher chance than if you've run it multiple times over weeks or months).
