for 3 days now, tryna get back into my Facebook after changing password. code it's sending to email is same over and over and doesn't work, try another way is text and it says we cannot at this time. looked on YouTube all day, tried all the methods, nothing, please help lol

That would be an issue with Facebook in which you need to contact their support. Not Apple.
