Fixing frozen iPhone 13

I was setting up my grandmothers iPhone 13, and while showing her how to clear up apps that are open, when I went to the home app, just to show her how to swipe up and clear said open app when the home app wouldn’t let me quite yet, it was asking me questions about setting up the app and when I pressed don’t allow, (rather frequently I must say) the screen became frozen, what do I do? I tried swiping up in order to restart the phone and I also tried restarting it by quickly pressing the volume up and down button, and then the power off button.

I know you have attempted to restart the iPhone unsuccessfully. Try it again.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
