How can I remove old phone number from 'Device Info' on iPhone?

My daughter gave me her IOS phone. We transferred the data as instructed, but instead of the new phone ringing when a call comes in, my old phone rings. I went under settings, clicked on my name, and at the bottom of the screen it shows both phones. I clicked on her old phone which had all my info except her old number shows up instead of mine. When the phone rings it rings on my old phone which has the correct number. My number does show up under the name, phone numbers, Email. How do I delete the number under Device Info?

It appears that you may have successfully transferred the data from one iPhone to another, however, did not transfer cellular service (phone number and cellular data service).

Not sure which model iPhone is the “old” iPhone and not sure which model iPhone is the “new” iPhone. I will therefore have to provide a recommendation based on assumptions.

If both, the old and the new iPhones, are physical SIM based iPhones, then remove the SIM card from the old iPhone and install it in the new iPhone. This will transfer the cellular service to the new iPhone.

If one or both, the old and the new iPhones, work with an eSIM, then you will have to contact the carrier (cellular service provider) and use their help to activate service to the new iPhone.
