How do I fix '403 Forbidden' error during Apple ID sign-in while reinstalling macOS?

I'm trying to reinstall os X to my Imac but an error is appearing when it asks to sign in to apple id it's " the server gave an error during downloaded: 403 forbidden" I did change the time and date as recommended but didn't work

Boot Recovery with Option-Command-R, and try again.

Trying to load some older macOS versions can fail.


The date and time workaround is related to a different issue, not to an HTTP 403 forbidden error.
