Emoji Stickers In IPhone Messages and Instagram DM

After creating emoji sticker from image the emoji sticker becomes an emoji in the iPhone key board. But every time I try to use the emoji sticker from IPhone keyboard in IPhone messages to a non IPhone user comes up as attachment not emoji, I have to compose in Notes first then copy/paste in IPhone messages?

And when trying to use emoji sticker in Instagram DM from IPhone keyboard comes up as an attachment when composed in Instagram DM?

And if I copy/paste from Notes just shows the message and regular emojis but not the sticker emojis after I copy/paste the same message I just composed in Notes from Notes into the Instagram DM?

Also The Journal app doesn’t even show sticker emojis?

What’s the problem?
