i can't open my downloads folder!

I can open other folders, but my downloads folder will just stay on the screen. It won't open.

iPhone 11, iOS 18

Hello jaidyn40,

It looks like iCloud Drive has a synchronization issue (the blue round icon with a "!"). I suspect your Download folder is on iCloud Drive.

Tap iCloud Drive to see if it resumes the synchronization.

If your Downloads folder isn’t opening, it might just be a small glitch. Restarting your iPhone or checking storage could help. I had a similar issue and found some useful info on how iPhone manages saved files
