How do I change region/country on Apple Account?
I've tried to change my region from Canada to USA but for some reason it doesn't allow me to. Is there something i'm doing wrong that I missed?

You need to spend all the money in your Apple Account before you can do that. Or, you can contact Apple Support for further assistance:
