I just noticed when I leave my mac on full screen with something like watching a movie or full screen on spotify, I noticed this black screen moment, kernel panic. What to do, is this a software update bug? Anyone experiencing the same?

Can you start up in Safe Mode? If so, you have a third-party system modification that is incompatible with whatever you just updated.

I updated to the latest macos sequoia, and I was just watching a movie from Brave last night on an illegal site called sflix, that's when I first started noticed the black screen but it restarts itself and shows me this error.
When logging in into safe mode it then restarts and the word safe mode on top disappears. Is that normal?
Because the youtube video that I saw, says that I have to restart the device to exit from safe mode.
I tried reinstalling the macos update but ai haven’t observed my device after the update yet. Hoping this is just a software update but.

It’s weird because when I go to safe boot it restarts on its own.
