How to download iPhone blocked numbers to a data file i.e. text, excel, csv, anything?

I have over 200 blocked phone numbers on my iPhone 7, I first need to export the list of blocked number to a file i.e. text, excel, csv, anything. Almost all are spam and call centers. Which are illegal to call if they are not registered as Call Centers, so I want to report them.

Is there any way to export these numbers in a useful format? If not, why not?

I need to send the list to my mobile phone carrier, so they can investigate them and put on a global customer permanantly.

Also I am purchasing a newer Iphone, where I want them to be all transferred over. Does this happen when I am transferring to the new phone? And can I also transfer to an Android phone?

Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately, iPhones do not currently offer a built-in way to export blocked numbers into a file format like text, Excel, or CSV. The blocked numbers list is stored within the device's settings and is not designed to be exported.

Here’s what you can do:

Reporting Blocked Numbers

1. Manually Compile the List: You can view your blocked numbers by going to Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Blocked Contacts. While tedious, you could manually copy these numbers into a file for reporting purposes.

2. Take Screenshots: If manually copying is too time-consuming, you can take screenshots of the blocked numbers list and share those with your carrier.

Transferring Blocked Numbers to a New iPhone

When you upgrade to a new iPhone, your blocked numbers will transfer automatically if you restore your new device from an iCloud or iTunes backup. This is because the blocked numbers list is included in the backup data.

Transferring Blocked Numbers to an Android Phone

Blocked numbers do not transfer automatically to Android devices. You would need to manually block the numbers again on your new Android phone. Some Android devices allow you to import contacts or blocked numbers from a SIM card, but this depends on the specific phone and software.
