How can I unlock iPhone X linked to previous owner's iCloud account without purchase documents?

I purchased an iPhone X from a private individual two years ago. I only know that his name is Ruslan. I bought the phone along with its box and manuals, paying in cash, but I do not have any other purchase documents.

When I attempted to reset the device to factory settings, I discovered that it was still linked to the previous owner's iCloud account, which resulted in the phone being locked. However, I have been using this device with my iCloud account (sa***6@mail.ru) for the past two years.

I submitted a request to Apple to unlock my device, but it has been a week, and I have not received any response yet. I have been unable to contact the previous owner, and I do not

know his current whereabouts. I kindly ask for your assistance in unlocking my phone.

Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is intentionally difficult to bypass.

The owner of this iPhone X will need to release Activation Lock, or provide you with a purchase receipt, or you have yourself a brick.

Apple usually expects either the original purchase receipt or similar documentation as evidence, or the owner will need to release the lock.

Nobody here can help release Activation Lock.
