When I do a screen recording (command-Shift-5), the mouse pointer is captured even though I have the Show Mouse Clicks option NOT selected. How can I do a screen recording that captures system audio but NOT the cursor?

I've used Telestream Screenflow for many years, you can switch off the display of the cursor in the recording and will record system sound. It is a very powerful screen recorder:

I had been using Monosnap for screen recording, but it no longer records system audio. If this is not possible with QuickTime, do you have any suggestions for screen recording tools? There are MANY, too many to start picking at random.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, it's a little pricey ($169), and it specifically says it supports Ventura and Sonoma, not Sequoia. That's the problem with Monosnap, it's not fully functional on Sequoia.
Running the latest version of Screenflow on Sequoia without issue:
