Same, but not in Control Center and on the Lock Screen.

Are you connected to Wifi? Usually, you won't see your carrier listed when your phone is connected to Wifi.

My carrier is listed when I’m connected to Wifi. It just says Rogers Wi-Fi

At any rate, there is nothing wrong with your phone. Right now, I'm at home, connected to Wifi and the time is displayed there as it usually is.

Actually, I turned off Wifi for a moment and I still had the time there. It's not an issue, so I wouldn't be concerned. If not using Wifi, on the right, you should see what you're connected to like LTE or 5G for example. As long as you see that, you have a cellular connection.

I see. Does it show it when you access the Control Center? (Swipe down from the top right corner.) Also check if you see it from the Lock Screen. Either swipe down from the top left corner, or lock the device and tap on the screen.
