How do I fix iPhone 16 Pro battery drain and overheating issue after 18.3.2 update?

Hello Community,

I have a problem with my iPhone 16 pro after it received update 18.3.2 - battery drain by Home & Lock Screen process increased to 60%. I am using phone in a normal conditions, before update it has worked fine. I can't use it as it always warm or hot.

1) I have reseted all setting - no positive changes. Battery drain still the issue and iPhone temperature warm to hot, almost all the time.

2) Erased all content and settings, logged in with my id and didn't;t install any app except Apple preinstalled - no positive changes.
