Brio 4k webcam not recognized on Logi Tune app on my MacBook Pro

I haven't used my Brio 4k webcam in a while, but have never had issues opening the Logitune app to make adjustments until today. I deleted the former app, downloaded & installed a new one, still not recognized. With the camera on (using FaceTime and also Photo Booth) when I click on the Logitune icon on my Menu bar, the purple box opens, with "Logi" in it, but that's it. I've tried different ports for the webcam.

I have a mid-2015 Mac Book Pro with OS version 12.7.6

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
