This issue can occur due to Bluetooth settings or compatibility between your iPhone and the car's audio system. Here are some steps to troubleshoot it:

1. Check Bluetooth Settings:

  • Go to Settings ➡️ Bluetooth on your iPhone.
  • Tap the "i" icon next to your car's Bluetooth name.
  • Ensure that both Phone Calls and Audio are enabled.

2. Audio Output During Calls:

  • When receiving a call, check the audio output options by tapping the speaker icon on the call screen.
  • Select your car's Bluetooth as the output device.

3. Reset Bluetooth Connection:

  • Forget the car's Bluetooth connection on your iPhone by going to Settings ➡️ Bluetooth, tapping the "i" icon, and selecting Forget This Device.
  • Re-pair your iPhone with the car's Bluetooth system.

4. Car Audio System Settings:

  • Check your car's audio system settings to ensure it is set to handle phone calls through Bluetooth.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be worth consulting your car's user manual or reaching out to the manufacturer's support team for further assistance.
