I cannot see Items (Air Tags) with the Find My app on MacBook Pro 16" (Apple chip) after upgrading to Sequoia

I cannot see Items (Air Tags) with the Find My app on MacBook Pro (Apple chip) after upgrading to Sequoia. I can find my Air Tag items (I have 8 of them) in the Find My app on my iPad and iPhone. I can see my devices (computers, iPhone, iPad) and people on the Mac with Sequoia just not the items (air tags). I can see my items (Air Tags) for an older Mac using Big Sur. All my devices are on the same network and I am not using a VPN. I can even rename an Air Tag using my iPhone and then see it with new name on the Mac with Sequoia instantly but all the air tags always show "no location found". I have tried reboot, I am running latest OS 15.3.2, I have tried using different account logins, and I have logged out an on of my apple account. Could my Find My app be bad?
