That message is from the Facebook Messenger app, meaning there is an issue with their app in which you need to contact their support. Not Apple.

The Tec people at Facebook messenger says it's a problem with the iPhone 16 pro.. I have not had this problem with any other phone. I am not a tech savvy person. However, I am not very happy with the 16 pro or Apple at this point. I do not care who's fault it is. I just want someone to help me fix the issue since I use the app on marketplace for part of my business.
Typical blame someone else.
