To force quit an app, such as iPhone Mirroring, on your Mac, follow these steps:

1. Use the Apple Menu:

  • Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of your screen.
  • Select Force Quit from the dropdown menu.
  • In the Force Quit Applications window, select the app you want to quit, then click Force Quit.

2. Use Keyboard Shortcut:

3. Use Activity Monitor:

  • Open the Activity Monitor (you can search for it using Spotlight by pressing Command + Space and typing Activity Monitor.
  • Find the app in the list of processes, select it, then click the "X" button in the top-left corner and choose Force Quit.

If none of the above works, then simply reboot your Mac and update it.
