The weather widget isn't showing on my Apple Watch. When I try to view it on my iPhone, it tells me it needs access to my location to display the weather. I set it to "Always Allow My Location," and it does, but after a few minutes, it stops showing it and asks me again to allow it to use my location. This has been happening constantly since today, even after restarting my iPhone and Apple Watch.

To rule out defective data from the backup, set up the watch as a new device, then test the complication again.

Did you try to change the settings to "When using the App or Widget"?
This setting works on my Ultra 2 and the iPhone.
It worked for a few minutes, then it started failing again.
That was the solution. So far, it hasn't happened again.
