Seems you may already have an Apple ID, if you used it to sign in here to the community.
It is generally an email address that you use to sign in, (or, in a few countries, it can be a phone number.).
You only need the one ID Account for everything Apple .eg ... FaceTime, Messages, iTunes, App Store, iCloud etc.
If you haven't already: You can sign in (to your iPhone) wth the Apple ID 9email address) and password:
Sign in to your Apple Account - Apple Support so you can use iTunes etc.
Else: If you don't already have an Apple (ID) Account:
Apple support have an article online that can guide you to create an Apple ID, now known as "Apple Account"
