I installed the Omron Connect for the first time for a brand new X7 smart. The device was recognized.
so, perhaps you need to remove the existing device from your list of connected bluetooth devices first?
in anycase: it seems for transferring the measurement results into apple health, a (costly) subscription to the connect pro app is needed. Not having that, my data was not transferred either.
I’m thinking about returning the X7 and get a cheaper simpler device and manually transfer the results.
