How can I escalate a denied refund for an accidental in-app purchase in App Store?

We were in travel for my father’s funeral. My son accidentally purchased an in app Roblox credit. We have since locked down in app purchases. Please help! This has been a stressful time. The refund was denied. Anyway to escalate it!

Call Apple and request for your issue to be escalated to Customer Relations.


BTW, there is no such thing as an accidental purchase. A purchase requires authentication with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to complete.
