SheerID doesn't want us to verified our apple music discount for students.

So here is the issue, i have been using my apple music since then, i am eligible for student discount for apple music since unidays verified me, but then since SheerID came, i am no longer verified. For real SheerID is not helping apple and sheerID is not helping us. I emailed SheerID but i got no response unlike unidays they responded, they say that my account has been verified. My school is not listed so i provide my School ID, my Tuition fee Receipt and my study load. pls Can you take action???.
