If your library is consolidated, and stored in a single folder, you can copy the iTunes folder from one Mac to another using a Usb drive or external drive. Then hold the option key on the new Mac while opening the music app there, and point it to the iTunes Library.ituneslibrary file in the folder you copied.

If it's not consolidated, you will need to consolidate it and make it portable before you can move it.
