Hello me and my friends just set our Walkie Talkies up on our Apple Watches. They are able to hear me fine. But I am not able to hear them unless I have my head phones on. Would anyone know what that could be. I have already checked to make sure my watch and my phone is both updated.

Did you try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

Yes I have tried turning the Digital Crown while using the app to turn the volume up. It didn’t make a difference my volume was all the way up.

No, I am unable to hear anything. It is weird. I was able to hear things like a phone call or a notification, but now I'm not able to hear any of it on my watch.
