What to do if someone hacks into my Apple Account with Mac?

I believe someone hacked into my account with a Mac OS n send it through a Bluetooth or safari link

What would make you think that? We are missing quite a bit of information, but for any Apple Account related matter that you suspect may be compromised, then changing the password is all that is needed. You can also review the Trusted Phone number on your account to make sure that it cannot be used to change your password or receive verification codes. The location for that is at Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Two-Factor Authentication > Trusted Phone Numbers.
