I bought a gift card for $25.00 and when I opened up the card there was no strip on the card and the middle numbers were missing.
Walmart won't refund the card so now I'm out $25.00 how do I get a new card or get my money back?
I would like and answer and not brushing it off.

Not having a strip on the card is highly suspicious and could mean that Walmart allowed the Gift Card to be tampered with in the store. It is ultimately the retailers responsibility to protect your purchase as Apple has no control over how they display them. Gift Cards should never be purchased from a rack that is available to the public to tamper with them, they should only be purchased from a retailer that values their customers by securing them behind a counter. Ironically these same retailers will lock up products that are stolen from them, but don't seem to care when money is stolen from their customers.
