Calls on my iPhone 13 mini are going straight to voicemail

Turn off silence unknown callers.

Use the side control and flip the switch up for ringer.

Report the issue to your phone carrier.

Make sure Silence Unknown Callers is off: Settings > Apps > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
