How can I resolve 'Couldn't Transcribe Audio' issue on 2012 MacBook Pro M1 running macOS 15.3.2?

Recorded on my 2012 M1 MacBook on macOS 15.3.2. Recording 1 hr @ 8 min.

Also tried on iPhone and iPad with no joy. Please recommend possible work-arounds.
