I’m unable to use redirect links

Whenever I click on a link that redirects to another app, it just opens a pop-up for the App Store, asking if I want to open the app. For example, when I go to the T-Mobile app to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays rewards and click "redeem," it tries to open my 7-Eleven app. The pop-up appears, I click "open," but then it forgets it's supposed to redirect. I can't redeem my reward because it won’t complete the redirection properly.

App Store double click does not work When I’m trying to get a new app and it tells me to double click it never works for me. I have an iPhone.
