Unable to sign out of my iCloud account on iPhone XR
I tried signing out my iCloud to open another one ,the button is showing red,what should I do pls

That means you have Screen Time setup which is preventing you from signing out. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Scroll to the bottom and tap Turn off Screen Time. If the option does not appear, it means your Screen Time is being managed by a parent/guardian in Family Sharing and you will have to ask them to do so on their device.
