You can’t, once the transfer is initiated, it cannot be stopped or reversed. When the funds reach their destination you’ll need to transfer them back.

I’m going to make a guess. I think you might have funds in your Apple Account. If the source of the funds in your Apple Account is your Chase account, you might be able to reverse the transfer to your Chase account.

You must immediately contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE. A few weeks is a long time when transferring funds.

I have $150 in my Apple Pay and when I try to use it last, it said it was blocked. I don’t know why it’s blocked. Can you tell me why and I also need that $150 back in my Chase bank account how do I do that?

There is no such thing as an Apple Pay account. It’s possibly in Apple Cash account, bank account, Apple Account or several other types of accounts you might have at a bank or on prepaid debit cards.
