Bullying me and functioning my emails

How can I stop my daughter and my granddaughter for basically bullying me using my personal emails to block accounts they’re actually changing the passcode on my email so that I can’t get in and read my personal emails that I look for through iCloud and through my att.net they just keep bullying my phone. I’m thinking maybe it’s an inside job that somebody at an AT&T store is accessing my account without my permission because there is no secondary authorize person on my account. It’s just one and one only.

Use Two-Factor Authentication:

If someone keeps logging into your account, then see if Two-Factor Authentication is an option in your Area. It would text a code only numbers you permit. Then, you enter that number, and you can get in. As an example, go here go gmail: Turn on 2-Step Verification - Google Account Help - Google

I mean, literally this is gotta stop cause emails are important like a lot of people in the United States. Use emails. That’s how they get paid because they are using their employers app to basically clock in and out so that way their hours are documented so they can get paid and I can’t have them doing this to me
